Our family owned business began as Papas Tapas Truck hitting the streets of Los Angeles in 2010. Papas Tapas Truck was one of the earliest trucks to enter into the SoCal food scene. The success of our cuisine is very simple, always use the freshest, highest quality ingredients available.
